Bahuta karam likhia na jaa-ai, Vadhaa daataa til na tamaa-ai, Ketai mangai jodh apaar, Ketiaa ghanat nahee veechaar, Ketai khap tuthai vekaar, Ketai lai lai mukar paa-ai, Ketai moorakh khaa-ee khaa-ai, Ketiaa dukh bukh sadh maar, Eh bhee daat teree daataar, Bhand khalaasee bhaanai ho-ai, Hor aakhi na sak-ai ko-ai, Jai ko khaa-ik aakhan paa-ai, Oh jaanai jethee-aa moh-e khaa-ai, Aapai jaanai aapai dai-e, Aakhai saibhai kai-ee kai-e, Jis no bakhshai siphti saalaah-e, Naanak paatishaa-e paatishaah.
This is the 25th pauri of Japji Sahib.
Recite this 11 times a day, and understand its meaning.

His Blessings are so very abundant, there can be no written account. The great Giver is so very Generous, He gives all and holds back nothing. Many are the warriors begging at the Door of the Infinite Lord. So many dwell and reflect upon Him, they cannot be counted. Many waste away to death engaged in corruption. Many take and take again, and then deny receiving. Many are the foolish consumers who keep on consuming. So many endure distress, deprivation and constant abuse. Even these are Your Gifts, O great Giver! Liberation from bondage comes by Your Will. No one else has any say in this. If some fool should presume to speak on this, He shall learn-- how many lashes he shall receive on his face! The Lord Himself knows, He Himself gives. Few, very few are those who acknowledge this. One who, by His Grace, is given to praise and sing of the Lord, O Nanak, he is the king of kings!

Do this for 90 days and do not miss one day. "Liberation from bondage comes by Your Will".
