Sat nam,

I work in shift duties , irregular routine of meal and sleep , From last 6 months I have been suffering from hyperacidity ,gas , depression ,constipation, joints stiffness and pain , I came to know about Sudarshan chakra Kriya very benificial for cleansing garbage of mind and body . My question is that the person like me who has lot of ailments , can do this kriya to get sound health? For which ailing person practice of sudarshan chakra kriya is restricted ? If I practice this kriya , will my disease aggravate as sign of clearing out and cleansing ?

Sat Nam,
Sodarshan Chakra Kriya is one of tho most important Kriyas in Kundalini Yoga. The second one is Sat Kriya. There is no contraindication for anyone to do them but you need to take care of your health at the same time to be in the best shape.
Drink lots of water with fresh squeezed lemon juice to take care of your acidity and see a homeopathic doctor for the rest of your ailments.
Everything you described can be treated in alternative healing ways.
However, clearing your mind is a different story. Only continuous years of meditation practice and Kirtan can clear your mind thoroughly enough for you to experience the true depth and sweetness of your own soul.
There are lots of other good meditations that can help you do that. Pick something that contains a simple mantra like Sa Ta Na Ma or Wahe Guru, though there lots of others you can do as well. Do it at least 11 to 31 minutes a day before you do your Sodarshan Chakra Kriya to make sure your mind is already sufficiently cleared before your main course.

Good Luck,
DWK
