Sat Nam Dear,

First and MOST important thing at this moment is too stop blaming yourself for what is happening. Wet dreams are a natural biological thing that happens to absolutely every healthy male. Further more masturbation is not a sin so please stop beating yourself up about it.
There are some things you can do to reduce the heat of sexual energy and that is doing Sat Kriya for 31 to 62 minutes a day. It is the most powerful Kriya that we know for this type of issue but even that does not guarantee that wet dreams will full disappear.

Read this information in a link and start building your daily practice. It maybe very difficult to do it for a long time every day so you can even start with only 3 minutes a day and gradually build it up. But don't feel bad if you already can do 31 minutes for a couple of days and then a whole week can't do more than 3 after that. It is natural to go up and down with your times. Just do your best and keep your practice consistent. Set 62 minutes as your best goal every day but be happy even if you can accomplish 3. Over time your strength will build and you can become a great yogi. Do it only for yourself and no one else.
