Just a slightly naughty question on this topic. If killing a live animal is lets say getting negative karma points (since Japji says "karmee avai kapra" ie: according to our karma, it is determined if we're born human or not); does this mean that animals that hunt (ie: lions etc) will never be able to gain human form because of their sins??

No, because those animals are doing as their nature makes them to do. Humans have a choice, those animals do not. They are fulfilling their destiny as they go through their cycle of incarnations.
