I read your response about how covering our heads gives us an identity...and I completely agree with it...but is it okay if an amritdhari woman covers her head at all times with a chunni or scarf without wearing a turban...or is wearing a turban necessary?

It is OK to cover your head with a scarf. The tenth gate(top of the head) must be covered.

However, the turban is a crown. It lifts your awareness and the awarness of others by its technology.

There are 26 parts of the brain. You tie your hair up and set the turban on it. It pulls all parts of your brain together.

Your presentation is your present to yourself and others. Not only do you uplift others by wearing a turban, but you uplift yourself.

God bless you.
