If it is done in the spirit of fun, and you wear your patka or dastar along with your costume. There is no problem. Halloween is actually "All Hallows Eve" or Holy Eve, the night preceding"All Saints Day". Here in the Española New Mexico Sangat, we celebrate All Saints Day the moring after Halloween - all the children dress up as great saints and sages from the past and act out skits and stories of the Gurus.
