The things about our Dharma that are most inspiring to you may be different to someone else. To me it is that our system is based in Human science, not in a belief system or in the pronouncements of a single person.
The law of Karma is that whatever you do or say comes back to you multiplied ten times! That should be enough for an intelligent person to understand that every action must be of the highest caliber. Our entire system is designed so that if we follow Rehit, we will be carried through the world of Karma to the infinite.
Every hair on our body was designed as part of us by God, not by man. We don't have to debate whether to cut it or not, if we feel that God is the final authority.
Everything about how we look and act is backed up by the science of the saints. To me that takes the ego out of it and leaves only Wahe Guru. That gives me the inspiration and security to live fearlessly as Khalsa.
