hello


well me and my brother are not getting along well because he hits me all the time and the bad thing is that he is 5 years younger than me and i know it's all my fault(i'm 14). i obviously have to defend myself so i try to stop him and i really think it's my fault because i usually never use to listen to him but now i have finally opend my eyes and and i feel so ashamed and very disapointed and aweful t really need to manage my anger and the five evils also but i need ur help. but i wasn't all ways like that, i started to become an idiot since i started high school and now i hav become a total idiot. i just want to set things right again but i need help please i am begging u please, please reply!

OK,
You have to start by stopping saying that you are an idiot. I find it hard to believe that you are. What I see though is a low self esteem.

Here is a link where you will find a few yoga Kriyas, Meditations and lectures about Self Esteem. If you want you can do some more research on that sight to find things that may help you.
You need to start building yourself up. It is quite a job but no person in this world is worth doing it more for like yourself. Start learning to love yourself. There is nothing wrong with that. If you don't respect and love yourself then no one will want to do that for you. It is easy to say you are an idiot, it is not that easy sometimes to really realize otherwise but you are worth it. You are the most important person in your life.
