Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh !

I would like to know whether AmritDhari Sikh is allowed to go for body massage.

Can a lady massage us. Is that allowed?

For health purposes massage is very good, as long as you are not talking about sexual purposes.
It is obviously far less likely to cause any problem or misunderstanding if you get massage from someone of the same gender.
