There should be a time set by all the sikhs in the world to have a regular praying sessions in the gurudwaras. By doing other people praying, others will also come. This would make the sikh faith stronger. What are your opinions on this. How can you(we) make this happen.

Isn't this what already happens in Gurdwara's? Asa Diwar, Ardas etc.

Well even if we do it, we need to set standard times and certain prayers. Even if we do it, usually only the priest says the prayers. I have witnessed that the majority of the people in the gurudwara just sit there and listen. They also need to participate. This is what i was saying about togetherness. Further opinions. Last time your reple was very short. please collobrate.

The Sikh way of life is the practice and experience of the Sadh Sangat. Unfortunately, the Sikh Gurdwara you are describing is run by the Priests and the Management Committee which is usually an elected body.

The purest form of worship is truely as you describe. All the members of the Sadh Sangat should be serving and participating....doing the kirtan, doing the ardas, doing the prasaad seva....reading the Vaak of the Guru...any person any age that can do this accurately can and should have the chance.

Having a Gurdwara so totally run by Priests or Granhti's is a real cop out on the part of the Sadh Sangat. The best you can say is, at least they are there.
