In this shabd, Guru Gobind Singh was referring to God, not literally Shiva. "Dayh shivaa bar mohe ihai" means "Grant me this blessing, O God, from Thy Greatness."

Guru Gobind Singh did not worship any god but the One True God. Shiva in this shabd refers to the ASPECT of God that is the Destroyer of that which is not True. But it is still God, Ik Ong Kaar, Waheguru, not the deity known as Shiva, that Guruji here refers to.
