Summary of Question:Sikh Girls And Still Born Baby

I have two questions:-

1. Why are sikh girls not allowed to touch the feets of their elders while sikh wives (daughter-in-laws)can ?

2. What happens to the soul of a stillborn child who has not seen this world at all or a child which died at say age 1 or 2? Does he have to go through the life cycle of the 84 lakh junes (Might have pronounced it wrong) again?

The answer to my second question was in the questionaire but it was inconclusive considering the theory of junes and also the still born baby ?
Please enlighten me on this?

1. This is cultural and not a Sikh practice.
2. Both babies had a soul and a life in the womb. So that life would be included in their 8.4 million incarnations that all souls get.
