Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
Dear One:
It depends on what you want to do with it. As pages become worn and frail, they essentially become impossible to read from daily. In that case, the best thing to do is find a safe way to burn the Gutka, and replace it with a new one. This holds for any paper on which Gurbani is written: when the paper is no longer used or too frail for use, or if the book (if it's a bound copy) is too frail to be rebound (and assuming it is not an historical edition!) you should make every effort to safely burn the paper/pages as a way of honorably disposing of them.
I hope this helps. Guru ang sang,
