Hello, First of all i want to say that all you moderators are doing a great job thank you for what you do for us. My question is recently i had been taking capsules to increase my concentration as i find it difficult revising for exams. The problem is that these capsules are apparently natural but partly made from gelatine, ive been a vegetarian for more then 10 yrs now i hate eating them and do well bad afterwards but these capsules seem to help me. I wanted to know is it wrong to eat gelatine in these sort of capsules (just for exams). Sorry and thank you.

Two suggestions. One, emply the contents of the capsules in a small amount of water and just down it. Or, view the capsules as medicine and live with it. Blessings. GTKK
