Waheguru ji ka khalsa, Waheguru ji ke fateh

Let me first say how great it is to find a forum as helping as this, I thank all moderators for their seva in helping the Sikh youth WAHEGURU!!
Okay first things first
1. Where I come from fights are quite common and people are beaten up at school regarding their social status, thank God that I haven’t been beaten up. But I do have a problem in this crazy environment, there are a couple of (about 20) lower class children slandering my ass off and im sick of it all, but I don’t lose my temper but deep inside I do feel some pain whenever I hear them slander me and I don’t retaliate.
The thing is that im a black belt in taekwondo and I could so easily beat them up but It ain’t my style to beat little 13 year olds (im 15 by the way) and it also ain’t my style to tell them off. But its not about making them stop but having to cope with it all (after all slander does destroy karma and they are just denting my enormous ego- my real identity is God right?) So if you know what I mean, how should I cope with people slandering me.
2. These little buggers are everywhere (those slanderers) and say the most awful things and when im around my friends im actually scared of them slandering me- how do I destroy fear? Even when im by myself my mind is telling me to look away so that they don’t slander me directly. I want to look them in the eye with no fear of them slandering me and not caring what they say- what do I do?
So if you guys get my point, after you reply and I take in what you advice I’ll become stronger internally and that’s what I want.

Oh yeah does SKK stand for Shakta Kaur Khalsa? If so man you write the classiest books on yoga and stuff Its also great to see people like you know so much on Sikhi as well. Well the postures are kind of dodgy I rather prefer taekwondo but the meditations in kundlini yoga are WIKID, I’ll join yogi bhajan and his gang one day, you guys watch out.
Coincidently SKKK sounds like Sat Karta Kaur Khalsa, great healer!
I hear slander towards yogi bhajan by some Punjabi Sikhs, whats this all about?- I reckon hes probably the greatest sikh after bhai randhir singh last century.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
Your responses as described concerning slander are appropriate. You are correct to NOT use your martial arts training against these boys. "Sticks & stones may break one's bones but names will never hurt one" is what I was taught. Meditate in your mind when they come to slander you. Chant waheguru or better yet Ek Ong Kar Satguruprasad satguruprasad ek ong kaar. This reverses the energy of the slander. A great image is their nasty words are water that wash over you and drip away, but don't become part of you.

You who can learn taekwando can also learn to look these youngsters dead center in the eyes. Don't blink. Do it the first time and the second time will be easier. Because when they see that you are FEARLESS they will stop. It is unnerving to be stared at into one's eyes. You can do this. Call on the Naam and then turn slowly and look them in the eyes one by one. Don't blink, don't show fear, stare into their eyes. If you DON'T do this they will continue to harass you and other Sikhs as well. Stop it now. I might ask, have you asked your taekwando teacher what he recommends? You might want to practice this look alone in your room. Seriously. It sounds like it is not hard to imagine them slandering you in front of your friends and you can go into that mindspace to train yourself to slowly turn and EYEBALL them one by one, beginning with the speaker and/or leader.

PS: The women you cited are NOT moderators on this forum.
PPS: Yogi Bhajan is and has been slandered by people who fear the Truth he teaches and who choose to misunderstand him because of their own myopic thinking, or because he reminds them that they are not Khalsa in action despite that they are Amritdhari.

I hope this helps. Guru rakha,
DKK
