Hi,

You seem very distressed. Relax and don't let it consume all your time. The more you think about it/him the more you will get absorbed in it. Adapt a daily routine of path or some sort of prayer, you can start with something light such as the "mool mantar" then go from there. If you are already accustomed to banis, do them daily. Once you repeat the spiritual words, your obsession will slowly fade away. Beside your cure, does he have a obsession with you? It can be dangerous, so if you don't want to continue anything, cut him off..change ur # or email or however you guys contact each other. I think its fair that you speak to him about your feelings to let go. Otherwise you could scar something for emotionally for life. You didn't mention how you know both ur parents will not accept your relationship. If thats the only reason your backing off then its a good start, but you may be crossing a bridge too soon. I think its great that you are thinking of your parents happines! Hats off to you. But if you two really i mean REALLY love each other, where you can wait few yrs to see other or marry or whatever then don't push away real love. I know this is sort of a contradictary answer but i got the feeling that you were sort of undecisive about your situation. So without revealing more about ur situation. Its just like theres 2 sides to a coin. I hope you can capture what you need, or atleast something to go upon from this posting. May waheguru provide you the way...

I'm sure this person is grateful for all of the feedback and support. GTKK
