I had join a college six months ago in chandigarh , i am living with my sisister's .By curesty one's i had gone to beauty parlour with my cousin's
there i saw that my cousin getting there hair trimed . they told me if i want to get my hair trimed i can . i said ok will get my hair for first and last time
as my cousin were looking faboulus after getting there hair trimed.

after few days i had gone to a party with my cousin's and there i saw my cousin's are somking also they say that they enjoy life like this way only.
again they offered my to join them in smoking i said ok
Now i have become addict of smoking.
please tell me whow to get reade of these habits

First you need to decide who you are. Once you decide your identity, it will be easier to decide what you want in your life and your values. These people may be your cousins, but they are not you, and you don't have an obligation to live your life as they do. I don't know if there are stop-smoking programs where you are, but you could check into it. You have been smoking for a short period of time, so it may be enough to just commit to your self that you are stopping and stop. Who you associate with will greatly determine how easy it is for you to stop. In the Siri Guru Granth Sahib the Guru often talks about the "company of the holy."
