As Sikhs, we are householders. In marriage, we have sex. If you are a man, who is not married, though, it is totally appropriate to be celebate. Yes, work on your self spiritually. Using, breath techniques, yoga, reading bani and meditation that sexual energy can be used for spiritual growth. Use that energy to grow your self as a young man with integrity and values. Shine and become your self...your highest potential. Having sex out of marriage wastes a lot of energy. Savor your energy and use it to benefit your self. And yes, of course, you can stop being celebate. The pipes will know what to do. Your wife will thank you for this time you gave to your self and your development. Blessings. GTKK
