Lately i m facing some problems and hv started doing the REHIRAS quite regularly. In the morning, I do the MOOL MANTAR and the first 5 pauris of JAPJI SAHIB followed by GURU RAM DAS shabad (JIN SIRIAA TINAI...)11 times hoping for a miracle . Suddenly last nite , in my sleep , I kept hearing this verse from REHIRAS 'MAN EK NA CHETAS MOORR MANAA..' . I am very confused now and hope that you can enlighten me on this matter and what shud I do now ..

Thanks very much for yr help.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. What you have been doing is very good -- but really, in order to move to the next level and change circumstances by changing your own consciousness, you would be wise to recite the entire Japji Sahib! Because you have been doing Rehiras consistently, it is natural that some of the words will come to you in your sleep. There is nothing to be concerned or confused about that. Just keep doing, and, if you really want extra help in your life, add Jaap Sahib -- (I know it's long, but wow -- it is so powerful!) to your morning recitation. And, oh yes, Kirtan Sohila just before you go to sleep is ideal. May God bless you and Guru guide you all the way! SP
