Sat Sri Akal,
Sikhs do not believe in astrology, palm-reading, mystics, psychics, etc. Sri Guru Amar Das Ji says in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib, page 948:
"pundith purudhae jothukee naa boojhehi beechara"
- The Pandits, the religious scholars, and the astrologers study their books, but they do not understand contemplation.
In this quote, the Guru is saying that many people study various books/almanacs, look at the stars or count numbers, but they do not understand that the true thing to study is Waheguru. And how does one study Waheguru? Through self-contemplation (vichar) and naam japna.
I hope this helps.
Gur Fateh,
HSD
