Okay, I want to join the track team at my school but they have to wear shorts--that's not a problem b/c the coach said that I can just wear the track pants. But I do want to know--what can I do for my Kara? My friend said that at track meets no one is allowed to have any kind of watches, jewelery, etc. What should I do? There's no way I'm taking off my Kara.
