(REPLY) Sat Nam. These are the closing lines of JAPJI SAHIB, the morning prayer recited by Sikhs all over the world. Ideally you recite all of Japji Sahib first thing in the morning, preferably before sunrise, but you can recite it again and often anytime if you wish! (BTW, your transliteration is a bit incorrect, but I know you're referring to Japji Sahib by Guru Nanak.) SP
