Even though I know in the long run I will benefit from getting my degree I am finding it difficult to stick at it and was wondering if you could give me some advice thank you.
(REPLY) Sat Nam. Congratultions on entering the university! And Congratulations for not drinking! OK, so how to make friends: Best way is to join some groups that have a topic that you're interested in. That way, you'll meet other students with the same interests, and form friendships that way. Get in involved in Student activities where you can serve. Whether it's a chess club or a computer club, or a political group, whatever --- there must be some extra-curricular activity that is worth your time -- and where you'll meet people with whom you already have an interest in common. Meanwhile, do concentrate on your studies so that you can excel and make the most of this opportunity! And, of course, pray for guidance, and be sure to recite Japji Sahib every morning before you go to school!Blessings and best wishes, SP
