Summary of Question:	The Turban Before The Khalsa

I have recently been reading up on sikhims a lot but there is one thing i cant understand. It is said that Guru Gobind Singh Ji gave us the turban but Guru Nanak Ji did not cut his hair either. So did Guru Nanak Ji actually give us the turban since he was the first one to wear it?

Very good! Guru Nanak gave us the basic teachings, while Guru Gobind Singh codified the teachings, or placed them into a format for us to follow.
