WAHEGURU JI KA KHAKSA, WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH.

I LIVE IN THE UK AND I'M ONLY 16. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO LOOK AT THE ANSWERS ALREADY GIVEN. I WANT TO KNOW HOW ONE STOP MASTURBATING? I KNOW MATURBATION IS WRONG, AS I HAVE READ IN THE FORUM. HOW CAN ONE STOP BEING GAY? I KNOW BEING GAY IS WRONG- AS I HAVE READ IN THE FORUM. I TO STOP BEING GAY. I FEEL SEXUALY ATTRACTED TO A FRIEND AT SCHOOL. HE IS ALL SO A SIKH. HE RESEPCT ME AS A BROTHER. I REPECT MORE THEN JUST A FIEND. I WANT RESPECT AS A BROTHER NOT A BOYFRIEND TYPE FIGURE. HE IS VERY NICE AND LOVING AS HUMANS SUPPOSED TO BE. I PRAY TO GOD AND GURU GRANTH SAHIB FOR THE GAY THING TO GO AWAY FOREVER. I HAVE TOLD ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS. I DONT WANT TO TELL THEM. PLEASE DO GUIDE ME IN THE RUGHT DICERTION. I REALLY WANT TO GET MARRIED TO A GURSIKH WOMAN AND HAVE CHILDREN. IN THIS MARRIAGE I CAN FIND A SPIRTUAL UNION WITH GOD. I WANT TO GET MARRIED BECAUSE SIKHI TELLS ME TO AND I WANT KIDS AND WANT GOD AS MY HUSBAND LORD-IT SAYS IN THE GURU GRANTH SAHIB.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE THE DASAM GRANTH HAS BEEN CHANGE BY THE HINDUS BECAUSE WHEN GURU GOBING SINGH HAD LEFT ANANDPUR MOST OF THE SCRIPTURES HAVE BEEN LOST? I HAVE READ ON THE INTERNET THAT THE DASAM GRANTH CONTRADICS GURU GRANTH SAHIB'S TEACHINGS. IN THE DASAM GRANTH IT SAYS THAT THE GOD CAN COME IN HUMAN FORM- THE GURU GRANTH SAHIB TEACHES THAT GOD CANNOT COME IN HUMAN FORM. IN SOME PLACES IN THE DASAM GRANTH PROMOTES THE WORSHIPING OF IDOLS AND STATUES.
I EAT MEAT. I WAS A VEGGI FOR ABOUT 2-3 YEARS. WHEN STARTED EATING MEAT I STARTED MEDITATING AND DOUING THE NITNEM. ONE NIGHT AFTER THR REHIRASS I STARTED MEDITATING ON THE NAME WAHEGURU. WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE MEDITATION I DISSCOVERED THAT I MET GOD OR TOUCHED THE TRANSCENDENT. I AM VERY LUCKY TO HAVE THIS EXPERINCE. I STILL EAT MEAT. THIS HAS NOT EFFECTED MY SPIRTUALLITY AT ALL. INFACT IT WENT BETTER. BECAUSE OF EXMAS AND SCHOOL WORK I HAD TO STOP MY NITNEM AND MEDITATION. I STILL DO MEDTITATE BUT AS OFTEN. GURU GOBIND HAS ATE MEAT IN THE PAST. WHEN HE WAS IN THE JUGALS HE WENT HUNTING AND ATE THE ANIMALS. GURU HARGOBING WENT HUNTING. U JUST HAVE TO STUDY THE SIKH HISTORY TO PROVE THAT. I DONT THINK EATING MEAT IS WRONG. HUMANS R ONIVORES, WE CAN EAT MEAT AND PLANTS. THAT IS A GIFT GIVEN TO US BY GOD. I WANT IS EATING MEAT WRONG? IF YES, HOW CAN I STOP?
PLEASE DO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. I REALLY REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. I AM A PRACTISING SIKH IN ENGLAND, UK AND GO TO THE GURDWARA AT LEAST EVERY WEEK. I LOVE WAHEGURU AND GURU GRANTH SAHIB MORE THEN ANYTHING IN THE WORLD.

Dear one,
There is one Light that shined in each of the ten Gurus and it shines in the Siri Guru Granth Sahib today. We often perceive contradictions when we do not clearly understand something. The Gurus teachings are expansive and cover us in every aspect of our lives. We pray daily in Ardas to be protected in the face of lust anger, greed, pride, and attachment - that we may love, forgive, share with others, live humbly, and remain ever attached to the lotus feet of our Guru. Love yourself and love the divine light within you - and the love of the beloved will emerge deep within your being and manifest in your life. In the House of Nanak, the life of the householder is the highest spiritual path. An ancient spirutual saying claims:
Grist ashram, mahaan ashram, devee dev poojde.
This householder life is so great that the angels and divine ones worship it.
When you understand human sexuality there is nothing in sex and without sex there is nothing. Sexuality is a manifestation of our creative energy and we may use it to pro-create or co-create, pro-creating in sexual communion, or co-creating by tranmuting sexual energy to become the birth of creative ideas and inventions. Energy cannot be created or destroyed but it can be changed. If you are experiencing excess sexual energy, here are a few suggestions: Transmute energy by keeping active in sports or athletic activities, and practice yoga with the meditation you are already doing following a cold shower each morning. Before begining yoga, mentally vibrate the sound "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo" with your palms pressed together at your heart center to tune into your highest consciousness. Here is an excellent kryia: Come into frog pose with your palms and feet on the floor, your knees are bent, and your heels are touching with your head facing forward. Deeply inhale through your nose and raise your hips and waist as high up as you can, straighten your knees and bring your forehead in toward your knees. Keep your palms on the floor. Exhale through your nose and come back into the first position. Continue 54 times, inhaling up and exhaling down. Then inhale deeply, hold for a moment, exhale, and come sitting in easy pose with your hands in gyan mudra, your spine very straight, and relax for one minute. Close your eyes, breathe long and deep through your nose, and focus at your brow point as you relax in easy pose. Now repeat the exercise doing 54 more frogs. Then relax on your back for three minutes in corsp pose, breathe long and deep and hold your focus at your brow point. This kryia helps you transmute sexual energy to your creative sixth chakra at the third eye - to enhance your intuition and understanding. Practice daily in the morning following a "cold" shower.
