What is the right time of doing Japji sahib. Some say anytime but preferably after 12Am to about time till sunset. Secondly, can u do path without covering your head.

Best time to do Jap Ji Sahib is after you rise in the morning after washing teeth and body. Let Jap Ji Sahib be your first act of the day. Technically best time is between 3am and 7 am. But if you are not up, then it is hard to do.

You must cover your head while doing Path do get the greatest benefit from your discipline. Better to put a cloth on your head rather than have nothing on the top of your head. People do what they want. But the technology is given with the covering of the "crown-crown chakra". The cover is the cover that God and Guru extends to you in your day to day life. Feel covered in your life.
