Sat siri akaal. Yes. It is still gurubani. Take the vaak just as you would from SGGS. Although it is not the full SGGS and includes bani by 10th Guru and bhagats who came after 10th Guru, Guru will honor your intent and the purity of your prayer.
You can also take vaak from the internet at www.sikhnet.com, from full SGGS.
