sat Shri Akal,

i would like to know what are the perfect timings to do path. like Rehraasji in the evening. and i just wanted to know that if i couldn't do my path at the right time and do it anytime later, would it be bad or wrong?

(REPLY) Sat Nam. It's never "bad" to recite banis at any time, but the "right" time has been set forth clearly, and those are the times when you get the most benefit from your paath. You definitely want to start your day, preferably before sunrise, with Japji Sahib. And you want to recite Kirtan Sohila at bedtime. You know the rest. Do try to do all the banis when they are the most effective -- as you already know, Rehiras is best at sundown, evening time. Jaap Sahib and full Anand Sahib in the morning. Guru gave us these prayers to bless us with strength and wisdom and consciousness, reminding us of reality so that we function at optimum in the world, but keep Guru's Word as our home base. Blessings, SP
