Summary of Question:	Someone Has Done Black Magic On You

Without going into details I recently went through some difficult times and I was frustrated with how I was being treated and ignored.

My parents said to me that 'somebody has done something to you and that they must have fed me something'
I tried to rubbish this by saying how can anyone have done something like put a spell on me or fed me something. But inside me they have made me really paranoid and worried.

I am sure people try to do wicked things to others via black magic etc but does this or can this have an effect on another person?

Sat nam. Yes, there is such a thing as black magic and it can have a negative effect on another.
That said, this does NOT mean you are the subject of black magic. Stop being paranoid. Your parents' response sounds more like a way of them dismissing your experience and avoiding the support and counseling that the elders in our lives can and should provide. If your parents cannot help you get past your 'difficult times' please find another family member, school counselor, counseling service, or adult friend who can help you move forward. Chant the naam daily and find others to join you, whether at home school or gurdwara.
