Pls recite the following shabad 10 times before going for an interview or doing any application followed by a humble adrass. Doing one japji sahib will be an added advantage.

ik oa(n)kaar sathigur prasaadh ||

avar kashhoo maerai sa(n)g n chaalai milai kirapaa gun gaam ||1|| rehaao ||
raaj maal anaek bhog ras sagal tharavar kee shhaam ||
dhhaae dhhaae bahu bidhh ko dhhaavai sagal niraarathh kaam ||1||
bin govi(n)dh avar jae chaaho dheesai sagal baath hai khaam ||
kahu naanak sa(n)th raen maago maero man paavai bisraam ||2||1||6||
