i m a 19 year old student and my problem is dat i believe i m suffering from "kaam"
i hav it on ma mind most of d time.so its really very hard for me too do my path
even when i want to coz i think it will be sheer disrespect to gurbani .

i hav pulled myself back considerably over d last one year as in now i know a great deal about wat kaam actually is but problemn lies in implementing it.

even wen i now dat wat i m doing is wrong i cant pull myself back.

i m really fed up of it coz i fell time is runnin out because dis age is the age wen e can really mould our lives d way we want to.


i stay in delhi,india and put here i see not much popularity of yoga.
i wanna do it to get hold of ma concentratin but i donot know whom to approach.
