Sat Nam, usually the Gurdwara is in the morning, but please could you tell me if the Gurdwara can be in the afternoon or in the evening?

Sat Nam. Gurdwara can be any time during the day. Look at Harimandir Sahib, which basically an all-day kirtan that opens and closes with a Hukum.
