Summary of Question:Re: Sikh Girls Be Friendly With Muslim Boys
Category:General Sikhism

It is not my intent to add to the responses that have been posted on this subject. I would, however, like to point the readers to the following links and discussions that have taken place on the Sikhnet and elsewhere to improve their understanding of this subject.

Finally, after having been through these links, I would ask that the readers go to Guru Nanak and see what he says in Asa Di Vaar on the status of women in Sikhism.

From woman, man is born; within woman, man is conceived; to woman he is engaged and married.

Woman becomes his friend; through woman, the future generations come.

When his woman dies, he seeks another woman; to woman he is bound.

So why call her bad? From her, kings are born.

From woman, woman is born; without woman, there would be no one at all.

O Nanak, only the True Lord is without a woman.(because he his ajoone, unborn as specified in the mool mantra)

When the Guru has spoken, I am unable to say anything more. I leave it to your readers to determine whether it is appropriate for a Sikh Girl to continue having a relationship with a Muslim boy.
