I always dream about some unknown things which are not related with my life.

I dream about some railway stations, park, pond, temple, cofee bar, long bridge,
etc.But I have not seen these stations, park, etc anytime in my life.It repeats
again and again. The problem is that,at the end of
my dream,I just become motionless and still. It is so difficult to move at that time.I have taken some medicine to overcome the

Sat nam. The subconscious mind has memories of the soul from other lifetimes. It sounds like this is what the dream is from. There is nothing wrong with this. More importantly, though, is that it repeats. Drugs are indeed not really the answer. I dream all the time of people and places I don't know. This in itself is not unusual for people.
Everyone dreams. The subconscious must clear itself. It can do this by dreaming or by meditating. One way to alleviate unsettling dreams is to keep a daily meditation practice. It will not resolve the dream problem right away, but it will help. Many posts on this website include how to meditate and practice naam simran, so search those words and topics. Pray Kirtan Sohila every night before sleep and ask Guru for peaceful sleep and resolution of the recurring dream. Meditate at the same time(s) daily: Sikhs meditate in the early hours before the dawn. Make it a habit. Guru ang sang,
