Here is my question my son wanted to move with his mother only because there is no suppervision there at all he is 17 years old. Here he was being tested every 2 weeks for drugs he didnt like that at all there he does not get tested that is why he wanted to move there (typical teenager) this is greatly affecting his Senior year in highschool grades have dropped the whole nine yards. Can we make him move back here even though he is 17.???in the state of Pa ???. we are into only a little over a month of school and he has missed 11 days since he moved with her yes this is going to court should I bvring the evidence in showing how much school he missed.??? since being with his mother since this would be in the best interest of the child as he is headed down the wrong road and dropping fast. my email is [email protected]

You have good reason to be concerned if he is now failing in school.
By all means you need to address what is happening and make adjustments.
Is he taking drugs and hanging out with the wrong kids/
You need to find out from him. Talk to him. He is still a minor and parents are responsible for him.
