WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH

Khalsa ji...when its said that one must bath before Nitnem at Amritvela,is it a complete bath in cold water or is it referred to just washing one's face,neck,ears,hands,arms and feet with cold water to become awake?

It is a complete bath, if possible. Best is a cold, brisk shower, the pressure of which stimulates your nervous system.
