See, theres a sister and brother, i want to know whether sister's grand daughter and brother's grandson can marry each other? is there any blood relation? any type of problem in it? is it against sikhism?

Sat nam. These people are still related, and by my lights, too closely. It is not fair to children to inbreed, and can lead to birth defects. This is why it is not done. GIve it up and find someone outside the family, who is not related.
