I guess it depend upon the damage already done. Stop masturbating and begin meditating instead. See what it does for you. After 3 months, if you feel no difference, decide for your self. GTKK

I think you can definitely recover. A good meditation would be Kirtan Kriya. Sit in an easy cross legged position on the floor, or in a chair, with the feet on the ground. The spine must be straight. The eyes are closed, focused at the brow point (third eye), which is about 1/4 inch up on the forehead. The mantra is Sa Ta Na Ma. As you say Sa, firmly press the tips of the thumb and index fingers together; on Ta, press the tips of the thumb and middle fingers; on Na, press the tips of the thumb and ring finger; and on Ma, press the tips of the thumb and pinkie fingers together. You begin by chanting the mantra outloud for 2 minutes, whisper for 2 minutes, silently for 4 minutes, whisper for 2 minutes and finally outloud for 2 minutes. As you feel comfortable with these times, increase it to 5 minutes outloud, 5 minutes whisper, 10 minutes silently, 5 minutes whisper and 5 minutes outloud. Make sure that you press the fingers firmly. If you feel that you are loosing your focus, check to make sure the finger tips are pressing firmly together. Your breath will automatically regulate itself. When you are chanting silently, you can gauge your breath so that you are inhaling to one cycle of SaTaNaMa and exhaling to one cycle. When you complete the time, inhale deeply and exhale 3 times. Relax. I hope this is clear. Good Luck and enjoy.
