i wanted to ask what us Sikhs believe about commiting suicide. i am 15 years of age and am studying Sikhism at school. is is right? is it wrong? people do it for many reasons but dont realise they are hurting loved ones, plz get back to me as soon as possible,

Suicide is considered the greatest offense against God. To give up this gift of human life and the opportunity to conciously love and meditate on God results in the soul begining the cycle of birth and death (reincarnation) all over again.
