Sat Siri Akaal. I guess you mean your hair is falling out? You are too young for this. Don't cut it.

I once ran into a hair stylist in the store who told me cheap hair shampoos can be too harsh on hair, causing it to dry and fall out/break. She said the PH balance is too acidic. Since it's hard to know about PH balance, what I recommend is that you pay more for your shampoo, and get one that is 'natural' and/or recommended by hair beauticians in your area. You might actually want to visit one by appointment, and have her look at your hair and treat it with 'hot oil' (to moisturize) and get her advice on taking better care of your hair to stop it from falling out. Beauticians are also trained to know good hair products from bad. Additionally!!! you should use conditioner or quality oil (vegetable or plant based, not mineral!) after you wash your hair. Also, do not brush your hair too hard, and comb out tangles from the bottom of your hair up, gently!

If these things don't help, please seek medical advice (allopathic, homeopathic, or naturopathic, as you wish!). Guru ang sang,
