Dear SakheeJeeo,
Sat Siri Akaal. Your heart is in the right place. Sikhi needs people who feel the love of Guru from within and want to share that with others, and certainly we need women leaders. You do not need to know this or that fact of Sikhi, really. The Siri Guru Granth Sahib is the divine experience of naam and naad explained by those who have had the experience. You cannot make anyone think this or that about Akaal Purakh, but you can assist them to have the experience of Akaal Purakh.

Read from Siri Guru Granth Sahib daily in sehej paath, and by yourself or with others chant the naam daily. Meditate on Guru's teachings in SGGS. Have the experience of naam and naad within yourself, and let Guru guide you on the particulars of sharing Sikhi with others. One way to bring people back to Sikhi is to create a regular naam simran or akand paath gathering, and get others to be involved and have that experience. If you cannot do this at a local gurdwara, make a room for Babaji in your house and start at home. The message of SGGS is simple: remember God daily by chanting the naam in meditation, and serving others.
There is a great deal of information on Sikhnet and other websites about Sikhi. Some of them are punjabi sites (www.sikhseek.com). Start there if you need more facts.
Guru ang sang,
-DKK
