I am a thirteen year-old Amritdhari Sikh from the UK and I study at the Guru Nanak Sikh Secondary V.A Status school in Hayes. They teach us very well about Sikhism and its values but as always there are always a bunch of people who's ears are always closed. I have some friends there who do eat meat(the school isn't strictly for Amritdharis) and if I ask them why they do it, they reply " Where in the Guru Granth Sahib does it say that you can't eat meat". I have been looking through various books to find out where it says this as I have been told that it is somewhere in Bhagat Kabirs bani. I am very thankful to the author for writing quotes in his document. Although it doesn't directly say that you can't eat meat, it does say that you will go to hell if you do. I am very thankful of the author and will now be showing this to my friends.
