Summary of Question:	Best Time For Rehras

What time are we suppose to recite Rehras Sahib.I do it in the car while driving home around 3.30 PM.It seems too early for Rehras as it is quite a daylight in LA.Please suggest a right time for this Bani.

The optimum time for Rehiras is when the sun is setting. The angle of the earth's energy is diminishing in energy. Your energy will be boosted by reciting it at that time.
