Summary of Question:	Ridding Of Sins, Forgiveness?

I have made very bad choices and I feel very guilty, not only because I hurt other people but also because God was watching me and he knows what I have done. I just want to know how I can get rid of my sins. By all means. Sewa, helping others out in the community. I just need to know what I can do or how I can get rid of my sins.

And what advice would you give to someone who has been hurting someone and is still hurting someone?

Does God forgive -liars- ?

First of all, stop lying and hurting others. Second, forgive yourself. Third, make an honest effort to chant the naam and heal the subconscious mind that pushes you to do such things and create karma. Read this shabd (top of page)
