Can you help clarify for me what the difference is in the Hindu versus Sikh concepts of karma and dharma? Thank you!

There is no difference. They are well defined terms. Dharma is the path of right action. i.e., living in God's will as a Gurmukh.
Karma is simply the universal law of action and reaction. Every action has a sequence and a consequence.
