hiya!

i just wanted to say a big thank you for your advice, i cried readin it...and im not a very emotional person. i felt soo much better! im gona stop doing it(i hate saying the word, u know what i mean. an amritdhari shouldnt masturbate, i guess it tells u where the mind is, right? i wana be a good gursikh, i really do. dnt no wot i wud do without guruji. Why does it say in the rehat maryada that masturbating is a sin then?
