1)what is the share of legal heirs of a person expired leaving behind wealth.

2)as per sikh rules sikh girle can marry with which person in respect of diffrence in faith, blood relation ,cast ,creed etc.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Your first question is a legal question, depending upon the will that has been left, or if no will, then the laws of the country. As for your second question, I don't know what "rules" you are talking about? Sikhs do not (should not!) recognize or consider anything regarding caste -- our Gurus taught us that all people are equal spiritually. Obviously we do not -- and in most countries it is illegal to marry a blood relation. You'd have to check up on the local legalities. As for differences in faith or creed, common sense dictates that a marriage has a better change of surviving when both persons share the same value system. SP
