Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh.


I am having some problems in my life and wanted to know if there was any mantra or shabad that I could use to help me through this difficult time I'm having. I was just curious because I thought it would be nice to know this and could include this in with my meditation. I do meditation every morning before I start my day and I also again before I go to bed. So far I have been just reciting the Mool Mantar. Dear one,
Try doing the "Benti Chaupa-ee" by Guru Gobind Singh. Recite this prayer eleven times each day for the next 6 months. This prayer will bring you increased self esteem, and protection. It starts" "Humaree karo haath de rachaa. Pooran ho-ay chit kee ichaa........"

You can find it in the section for printing out Shabd sheets. Also, you can find it in the Gurbani kirtan section being sung. It is also in your nitnem.
Print it out or write it, and the translation. Read it in Gubani out loud. Then read the English so you can understand the words. You can sing it too, and play it in your room or in your home daily. Doing it 11 times a day will bring a speedy immersion experience to your practice.

Go deeply into the practice of this Shabd and feel it's strength fill your life and and surmount your difficulties.
