Thanks for the quick reply. I got ur point, so is there any path sahaib that I can do to reduce my tensions and worries. Which make me strong to face day-to-day challenges. Thanks for helping me out and for ur blessing.

Also, whenever you feel worried and tense, just keep repeating "ANG SANG WAHE GURU and know that God is with you, in every limb, every aspect of your being.
