i have recently come across a significant number of sikhs that are joining a movement that has arisen from Delhi. They are called the Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan and they are currently recruiting sikhs into their sect. They preach a variety of ideas but their main belief is that as humans , we need a person whom they have chosen as Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji to show us the way to God. They think we need a master to lead us to God. I was wondering whether what they are saying is allowed as it worries me because many sikhs are converting into followers of this master. I had thought that the 10th Guru Ji had stated that there would be no more Guru's after him and that the Guru Granth Sahib Ji was our guidance to become One with God. What are your thoughts to this.

Wahe Guru ji ka Khalsa , Wahe Guru ji ke Fateh!

We do not need a person to show us the way to God. In fact, there is no "way to God". We already are one with God. It is simply a matter of remembering who we are at each moment. The 10th Master understood this and gave us Guru Granth Sahib Ji as a tool for remembering our True Identity. You may have teachers (Ustaad), but you have only one Guru. Don't worry about these people. A Sikh is a Sikh only because of his relationship to his Guru. Between a Sikh and his Guru is only a matter of time. People come and people go. It does not matter. Guru Ji draws those ones to his feet who are destined to be there.
